Walls like this one in Georgetown are part of the marketing campaign for the Neil Gaiman/Henry Selick "Coraline" movie.
New York's got one, and so does Chicago. One of the other cool promotions involves very cool keys attached to random walls, and you'd think our wall, being 50 yards from the Key Bridge would have gotten them, too. Alas, there were no keys. There was, however, a spooky tree that matched the mood completely.

The frame third from the right was actually a screen wired with a camera to show whatever is in front of the window. See the car's reflection?
