I headed to campus today to find some reference material for a theater playbill I'll be starting soon. I pulled some books on Al Hirshfeld, a caricaturist best known for his simple black and white satirical portraits of celebrities and Broadway stars.
Interesting fact: He has hidden the name of his daughter, Nina, in most of the drawings since she was born.
